We saw KU in Vegas January. Bought his guitar all boxed up. Got home opened it and the signature was smeared and the pick plate has a crack in it. We have reached out to merchandising and the FanClub, but still no response! We live in Houston and he will be here next month at the Rodeo. All we want is a replacement. Is it possible that this could happen at that time?
