I waited for 11:00 am CT, with my finger on the presale(with my code) in Ticketmaster website for the VIP tickets…. they were gone in seconds!!
How is it possible to purchase a PRE-SALE VIP ticket?
I mean I couldn’t have been anymore ready for this, please tell me what I’m doing wrong:’(

You weren’t necessarily doing anything wrong. This is a highly coveted event. Lots of people trying for a limited number of tickets. I didn’t get any today, either.
