Pre Sale codes not working
Please help. Joined the fan club for pre sale and it is not working.
The code was in the email, not the 'Ville code. Kind of different and confusing. I was a nervous wreck, but got it to work.

why is that? I am frustrated. I ended up with bad seats because there was a password error. I dont understand.
