A subscription was taken from my bank on renewal but when I logged on today to see why I had not received the presale email to buy UK tickets, it said I was a free Ville member, I remember upgrading when you guys sent me an offer as an existing monkeyville/ville member to do so .
I got the emails fo rthe London concert last year and a meet and greet opportunity that I had to defer as i could not make the timing after work. Must have been Phoenix then? Can yo investigate please, thanks,Diane
