Trying to upgrade to Phoenix club member and can't seem to make that happen. Can you help ASAP?

Finally able to upgrade. Spent an hour beginning at 10:00 CST trying to get pre-sale tickets and they were all sold out in like 45 minutes. Will more be released for Phoenix members?
