Looking for a song I heard Keith Urban sing.

I heard Keith Urban sing a song a few years ago and I'm looking for it again.
It's a story song about a man who burned down a farm to prevent the government taking it.

In the song there is a picture on the wall of the man in a cream linen suit and a Panama hat. The singer says "I'm told he looked a lot like me".
It was a very good story of someone fighting to keep what was theirs.
If you have any information about this I would be very happy to hear.
I have looked all through old concerts and albums but I cannot find it.
