I've been a member for about 7-8 years and yet when I went to renew my membership ahead of the date it expired, I had to enter like I was a NEW member. Does this take away better chances of my eligibility for a Meet and Greet or better access to front row seats? It wouldn't recognize my email and password/user name.......
