How can I download the Meet and Greet photo to my phone or to a thumb drive? We saw Keith in Honolulu on October 7th. I have been able to download the photo to my desktop but I can't seem to get it off of my computer (Mac). Please help soon if you can before we disappear from the site. Mahalo
